Project Manager - Automotive Electrification

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our electrification projects in the automotive industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of electrification projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand project requirements and clarify expectations
  • Define project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, manage implementation processes, and track progress
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manage resource allocation, track project performance, and make adjustments as needed
  • Communicate project schedules and statuses to stakeholders
  • Report and escalate to management as necessary
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the production sector
  • Proficiency in English is essential, while fluency in Dutch and German is strongly preferred
