Unity Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unity Lead Developer to join our team at Easysee B.V. As a Unity Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Unity-based projects, including games, serious games, and simulations for AR, VR, mobile devices, and PC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of Unity-based projects from concept to deployment and release
  • Direct a team of developers, working on both client-driven projects and internal product development
  • Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and helping bring their ideas to life
  • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills in Unity and C#
  • Experience in leading development teams and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client-oriented with strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
  • HBO-level work and thinking capacity (Bachelor's degree level)
