About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unity Lead Developer to join our team at Easysee B.V. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Unity-based applications, including games, serious games, and simulations for AR, VR, mobile devices, and PC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development lifecycle of our Unity applications, from concept to deployment and release
  • Guide a team of developers in the development of Unity-based applications
  • Direct the implementation of cutting-edge technologies to create innovative solutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and bring their ideas to life
  • Allocate tasks, mentor developers, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Unity development
  • At least 2 years of lead or management experience
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
  • Available to work on-site at least 3 days a week
  • HBO-level work and thinking capacity (Bachelor's degree level)
  • Open, proactive, and analytical mindset
