Wat ga jij doen als Senior Consultant GRCS Financial Services?

Het Governance Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS)-team is divers, energiek en ambitieus, wat ervoor zorgt dat geen dag hetzelfde is. We werken hard, maar er is zeker ook ruimte voor plezier en aandacht voor elkaar. Work hard, play hard. Binnen dit team, met ongeveer 80 internationale collega's, zal jij je met het team van Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) en audit specialisten richten op (internationale) opdrachten op het gebied van ERM en IC. Waar mogelijk integreren wij Soft Controls en ESG in onze dienstverleningen.

Jouw klanten zijn voornamelijk financiële instellingen zoals banken en verzekeraars. Zo kun je bijdragen aan het ondersteunen van klanten bij het identificeren en prioriteren van risico's door middel van onze unieke Dynamic Risk Assessment (DRA) methodologie of bij het opzetten en implementeren van effectieve interne beheersing en het oplossen van tekortkomingen die vanuit DNB en/of ECB zijn gesignaleerd. Ook kun je organisaties helpen met het uitvoeren van audits of compliance gerelateerde opdrachten. Je denkt dus echt mee met de klant. Bij KPMG kun je hybride werken en werk je ook geregeld op de locatie van onze klanten.

Jouw uitdagingen
  • Je levert gedegen inhoudelijke adviezen aan onze opdrachtgevers op het gebied van governance, compliance, risicomanagement en internal audit
  • Je ondersteunt cliënten op actuele thema's zoals ESG
  • Je kunt de verwachtingen van onze klanten managen én overtreffen en je vertaalt in teamverband klantissues naar inhoudelijke creatieve oplossingen
  • Je bouwt aan een professioneel netwerk, zowel binnen KPMG als extern
Dit neem jij mee


• Universitaire opleiding in een richting als (bedrijfs)economie, bedrijfskunde, controlling of accountancy

• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in audit/ accountancy gericht op de financiële sector en/of multinationals

• Een pre als je in bezit bent van RA, RO of RE titel of in de afrondende fase zit van deze opleidingen

• Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden

• Je bent leergierig, je wil jezelf, je collega's en klanten blijven door ontwikkelen

• Je bent een teamplayer met een kritische, proactieve en professionele houding

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
