Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement OT risk management frameworks to ensure the security and compliance of our IT/OT systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating OT risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of OT risk management frameworks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements for OT risk management.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on OT risk management principles and practices.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in IT auditing or IT/OT risk management in an IT cyber security environment.
- 10 years of relevant IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience on developing and implementing OT risk management frameworks.
- Deep understanding of information security, change, operations, and supplier control.
- Extensive knowledge of OT risks and industry best practices, such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, etc.
- Strong advisory and interpersonal skills.
