Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laboratory Support Specialist to join our team at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our laboratory staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for laboratory equipment, including troubleshooting and repair
  • Assist with the implementation of new equipment and technologies, ensuring seamless integration into our existing systems
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to develop and implement quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and lean principles
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including protocols, reports, and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as laboratory science or engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on equipment maintenance and quality control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with laboratory staff and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other relevant software applications
