At Marktlink, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our Capital team. This role is ideal for Dutch-speaking professionals based in the Netherlands who have a strong background in working with entrepreneurs.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Proactive Outreach: Establish meaningful connections with entrepreneurs through proactive telephone outreach and engaging conversations about business growth and preparing their business for sale.
- Sales Funnel Support: Recruit entrepreneurs for participation in masterclasses and other business events to fuel our sales funnel.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to drive strategic thinking and growth initiatives for Marktlink Capital and Marktlink Exit Ready.
- Entrepreneur Guidance: Assist entrepreneurs in planning their future and providing guidance during the last phase of entrepreneurship.
- Personal Growth: Commit to continuous improvement, self-development, and accurate conversation administration.
- Energized Conversationalist: Experienced in prospecting and phone acquisition, with a passion for engaging conversations.
- Diverse Background: Whether you're a junior or an experienced professional with a track record of working with entrepreneurs, your skills are welcome here.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to engage in meaningful conversations with entrepreneurs.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and a strong professional background in the Netherlands.
- Availability: Available for 2-5 days a week.
- Location Flexibility: Open to working from our Den Bosch office.
