Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Financial Controller to join our team in Rotterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our hotels, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for our hotels, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to our management team to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Accounting and Auditing: Oversee the accounting and auditing functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting and financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
