About the Indirect Procurement Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute strategic insights and recommendations to the overall functional and departmental strategy, ensuring alignment with Nutreco's long-term business objectives.
  • Drive business priorities and planning by setting and achieving procurement goals that directly support Nutreco's growth and competitive positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect procurement and category management.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in supplier relationship management, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
