Role Summary: As a Senior Operations Process Strategist, you will be instrumental in aligning and refining our processes across different business sectors, emphasizing collaboration and inclusivity. Collaboration and Alignment with Terminals:
Collaborate with business process leaders across sectors to drive comprehensive process alignment. Ensure processes are synchronized to achieve collective business objectives, making informed trade-offs.Integration with Product Development:
Partner with product managers to integrate process considerations throughout the product lifecycle. Concentrate on process mapping from initial concept to full implementation and necessary iterations.General Responsibilities:
Ensure process alignment and compliance in collaboration with terminals and global operations teams. Maintain current and accessible process documentation. Identify and pursue opportunities for process enhancements, utilizing automation and digital tools. Monitor, track, and communicate challenges and process discrepancies. Educate and train teams on the significance of processes.Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster consensus among diverse groups. Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings for large, varied audiences. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Effective stakeholder management capabilities. Proficiency in documenting processes, drafting reports, and maintaining plans. Familiarity with business process tools and software, preferably Marvel or Aris. A collaborative team player, adept at working across multiple functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of and experience with lean principles.
