Role: Innovation Leader

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Leader to join our team at AWL-Techniek. As an Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary development team that develops products for the AWL group. Your team will work on various projects, including machine concepts, hardware, and software developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of development engineers in the development of products for the AWL group.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for the team's development projects.
  • Ensure that the team follows agile development methodologies, such as Scrum.
  • Take on the role of Product Owner within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in (technical) computer science.
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in a Scrum team.
  • Knowledge of programming concepts, such as OOP and FP.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
