Position Overview: As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation of our rapid antibiotic susceptibility testing device, KAIROS IVD. Your role will involve crafting and executing product strategies that cater to customer requirements, stimulate market expansion, and create value for both the company and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. Convert insights into User Needs Specifications.
  • Product Strategy Development: Formulate and execute product strategies that align with the company's overarching business goals. Establish product positioning, pricing, and market entry strategies to optimize product success.
  • Product Launch Execution: Oversee the launch of KAIROS, including the creation of marketing materials, sales tools, and training programs for both internal teams and external partners. Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to enhance product visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams to ensure seamless coordination across all facets of product development and commercialization. Foster communication among stakeholders to achieve product objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with key opinion leaders and customers to gather insights, validate product concepts, and pinpoint unmet needs. Act as the customer advocate within the organization to ensure products fulfill expectations and deliver value.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and requirements, including FDA regulations and ISO certifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and enhance product processes, systems, and performance to boost efficiency, quality, and innovation. Implement best practices and lessons learned to refine product development and management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor's or master's degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management and marketing, preferably in the in-vitro diagnostics sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic technologies and principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA and ISO.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
