Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a demand generation plan that drives lead generation and qualification. You will work closely with our product team to create high-quality brand assets and lead the monthly newsletter to existing clients. Your day-to-day will include strategizing and executing email campaigns, engagement, and nurturing by segment and persona. You will also own the Fiat Republic social media accounts and grow engagement and followership by distributing high-quality content. Additionally, you will own the relationship with our PR agency and provide reporting and analysis of marketing department initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement a demand generation plan that drives lead generation and qualification
- Work closely with the product team to create high-quality brand assets
- Lead the monthly newsletter to existing clients
- Strategize and execute email campaigns, engagement, and nurturing by segment and persona
- Own the Fiat Republic social media accounts and grow engagement and followership
- Own the relationship with our PR agency
- Provide reporting and analysis of marketing department initiatives

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in the B2B payments world
- Knowledge of content-led demand generation
- Passion for startups and fintech
- Strong communication and project management skills
