Job Title: Head Bartender

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam. As a Head Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the bar operation, ensuring a smooth flow of drinks to both the restaurant and lounge while maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating innovative drink menus
  • Training baristas
  • Managing beverage cost control
  • Providing a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel bar or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of coffee and barista duties, as well as cocktail preparation
  • Experienced in quality control, purchasing, and bar management
  • Proficiency in English is essential (Dutch is preferred)
  • Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
