About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our Tender Assurance team at Koninklijke BAM Groep. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting the creation and implementation of BAM Practices with expert groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, plan, and implement necessary process updates to ensure seamless tendering processes;
  • Assemble and lead expert groups, fostering engagement and purpose to drive business outcomes;
  • Support expert groups in (re)writing BAM Practices where needed to maintain consistency and quality;
  • Maintain and enhance BAM Connect Tender support pages for tender teams to ensure easy access to resources;
  • Oversee all Tender Assurance processes and manage interdependencies to ensure efficient operations;
  • Collaborate on CRM improvements and contribute to KPI development and quality monitoring to drive business growth.
About the Team

You will work closely with the Tender Assurance Director to provide crucial input for our Stage Gate process. As part of a 5-person Tender Assurance team, you will help implement our work-winning policy across BAM and all tenders. This position is based in Bunnik, The Netherlands, and offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work both from home and at the office. Occasional travel to the United Kingdom is also required.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between 4,700,- and 5,880,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience;

Requirements
  • A completed university (BSC/Master) degree;
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of tendering, business, or project management processes;
  • Experience with the development and implementation of (tender) processes and related business controls;
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal;
  • Elementary Power BI skills and/or willingness to learn.
