About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at Emerson. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within our Measurement Solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales, bookings, and gross profit targets for the Measurement Solutions portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at existing and new customer accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Negotiate and close business contracts with customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements
- STEM degree or comparable technical education.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience in similar industries.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the Netherlands.
- Driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Productive and open-minded problem-solving skills.
- High interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
