Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to lead a team of mechatronic design engineers in the product design of Reticle Masking modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering and solid experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of iterative development fundamentals.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and run various ADM ceremonies, including Daily Stand Up, System Demo, Retrospectives, and Lessons Learned.
  • Identify and manage disturbances and delays in the team.
  • Create an environment where the team proactively reports delays and holds them accountable.
  • Develop scenarios for solving delays and absorbing unplanned work, in collaboration with the Product Owner.
  • Understand and apply ASML processes and WoW, including PGP, TPD, and Configuration Management.
  • Maintain close contacts with stakeholders and understand their needs.
  • Coach team members to build a high-performing team.
  • Remove team impediments and contribute to improving efficiency in team WoW.
  • Get involved in technical details and decision-making within the team.
  • Work collaboratively with other Scrum Masters to elevate the Agile Release Train.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
  • Thorough experience in engineering and solid experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with iterative development fundamentals.
  • Well-experienced in team-building and facilitation, removing roadblocks.
  • Ability to guide the team in structuring and setting priorities on a daily basis.
  • Meatronic module/system integration experience is a plus.

Context of the Position:

You will report to the group manager of the group "Light Shaping Mechatronics" in the BL DUV D&E OC Light Shaping department.
