POSITION: CHEF DE PARTIE

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the quality of food preparation and maintaining technical data sheets.
  • Managing and executing all tasks related to your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented according to the establishment's technical and aesthetic standards.
  • Assisting in evaluating supply needs and overseeing inventory and ordering processes.
  • Adhering to HACCP guidelines and safety protocols.
