Job Vacancy: Adviseur Recruitment

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adviseur Recruitment to join our dynamic team at S&M Consultants. As an Adviseur Recruitment, you will be responsible for identifying and selecting suitable clients for our candidates, maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and managing the recruitment process from vacancy placement to contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential clients for our candidates
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Manage the recruitment process, including vacancy placement, selection procedures, and contract negotiations
  • Advise candidates and clients on career development and the job market
Requirements:
  • Hold a HBO degree in a relevant commercial field
  • Have knowledge and experience with various recruitment methods and techniques
  • Be self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Fluency in Dutch is required for this position
