Key Responsibilities:
In your role as a Client Relationship Manager at ACT, you will engage with a diverse array of clients across multiple sectors, each presenting unique challenges. Your responsibility will be to develop, manage, and expand your own client portfolio, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills to address your clients' specific requirements.
You thrive on challenges and are motivated to advance your career by proactively seeking new leads through outreach initiatives. You will dismantle barriers and consistently go above and beyond to ensure your clients remember your exceptional service.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
You are a driven and ambitious individual, ideally with some experience or at least a strong interest in finance and sales. A skilled communicator and charismatic portfolio manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, you are self-motivated and resilient, eager to learn, open to constructive feedback, and unafraid to take risks.
Your qualifications include:
- Native Polish speaker with fluency in English;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or Finance;
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Trading, Brokerage, or Business Development;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- A natural aptitude for sales or business development;
- Proficient in cold calling and genuinely passionate about expanding your client base;
- Energetic, inquisitive, and ambitious;
- Determined to close deals and demonstrate your capabilities.
