Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and reporting all aspects of a busy Division, covering Technology, Laboratories, Activities, Manpower planning, Travel budget planning, and taking responsibility for reporting progress and end of year budget landing point predictions on a selected Program at Department Level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and report all aspects of the Division, including Technology, Laboratories, Activities, and Manpower planning.
  • Take responsibility for reporting progress and end of year budget landing point predictions on a selected Program at Department Level.
  • Contribute to a continuous process improvement, regular interfacing with line management, stakeholders, dedicated Service Providers, following up specific actions, and performing analysis.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, or MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognized Institution of secondary studies, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience, such as project controller, is required.
  • Ability to readily assimilate and coordinate input data and providing timely output.
  • Reliability, rigor, and initiative in the execution of the assigned tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, organization, and reporting skills together with a proactive attitude to solving problems and proficiency with IT tools.
  • Previous experience working with SAP.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
