Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Government Affairs, Health Economics, Market Access, and Regulatory Policy efforts in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the medical technology sector and a proven ability to influence policy and access at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to advance our interests in EMEA.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with EMEA policymakers, regulators, and key stakeholders.
* Monitor and influence legislative and regulatory developments that impact the medical device/technology industry.
* Lead market access strategies to ensure our products are reimbursed and adopted across key EMEA markets.

Requirements:

* 15 years industry experience with a minimum of 10 years of Commercial, Marketing, Government Affairs, Health Economics or Policy experience in medical devices, drugs, biologics, or in vitro diagnostics.
* Strong strategic, decision-making, and risk assessment abilities.
* Extensive understanding of EMEA markets and global Access policies.
* Comprehensive understanding of the external medical device regulatory and/or health system policy environment.
