Dell Technologies is a leader in emerging technologies, and our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Junior Account Manager on our Inside Sales team in Amsterdam, you'll be the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction.
What You'll Achieve
As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for selling Dell's products and services while developing new accounts and expanding existing ones. You'll work closely with the field sales leader and contribute to winning complex deals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build business relationships with customers and achieve targets using consultative and influencing selling techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
- Use business intelligence and work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities.
- Learn our segment and product/service offerings.
- Position our company as a driven solution by explaining technical, industry, and market information.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of technology and customer needs. You'll have a basic knowledge of technology, products, and services, and be willing to learn and pick up the tech knowledge. Fluency in Dutch and English is a must, and a bachelor's degree is desirable.
