We're looking for a talented Food and Beverage Service Team Lead to join our team at the Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the smooth operation of the food and beverage department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest inquiries and delivering a positive experience.
  • Deliver on plans and objectives, driving food and beverage initiatives and hotel targets to achieve success.
  • Supervise the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.
  • Ensure cost control and inventory management, maintaining productivity and performance levels.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Lead departmental programs to advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Experience in food and beverage service, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations.
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills, with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and problem-solve effectively, offering support where needed.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.
  • Experience with IT systems, including various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
