Job Title: Compliance Lead Infrastructure

As a Compliance Lead Infrastructure at ING, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of compliance officers in ensuring timely scheduling and execution of ING group compliance events.
  • Work with upstream suppliers to maintain end-to-end compliance with regulations.
  • Support Service Managers and Service Owners in consumer meetings.
  • Develop and follow up on In-Control Statements and the ING risk framework.
  • Monitor contracts/service delivery with and from internal and external suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Ability to translate regulation into tangible deliverables for the engineering community.
  • Leadership and enthusiasm to lead a group of consultants and service managers.
  • Knowledgeable sparring partner for all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in reporting risks and controls regarding designated business processes.
  • Experience with intra-company service agreements and contracts.
  • Experience in working with internal auditors and regulators.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in complex technical IT environments.
  • Ability to work on global solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge about setting up a Quality Management System.
  • Knowledge about the financial industry.
  • Experience working for a major technology company.
