About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by managing sales in your region and working closely with our Distributor network to increase sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize value-added selling techniques to position our products effectively and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Report on regional activities and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Senior sales experience with a proven track record in value-added food packaging solution selling.
  • Experience selling to or through distributors, particularly in large national accounts.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently from a home office with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
