Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimates, procurement, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop good relationships and deliver high-quality results.
  • Prepare and present cost estimates, tenders, and final accounts.
  • Manage procurement and contract administration, including variation and final account processes.
  • Estimate and cost plan projects, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
  • Tender and procure projects, including managing the pre-qualification stage and producing tender reports.

Requirements

  • A recognized degree qualification.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a QS or Cost Manager, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Sector experience across renewables, oil & gas, or infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with excellent report and bid writing skills.
  • Candidates with the right to work in the Netherlands/Europe are preferred.
