Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on cost planning, estimation, and management to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost plans, including estimating and budgeting for construction projects.
  • Provide cost management services, including cost checking, valuations, and post-contract cost variances.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure effective cost management and control.
  • Lead and manage cost management teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement value engineering initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • RICS accreditation or equivalent.
