Wat doe je als Manager Data en Analytics?

Als Manager Data en Analytics bij Coolblue ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen en ontwikkelen van het team van data specialisten. Je bent een technisch onderlegd people manager die een perfect team vormt met alle benodigde data vaardigheden om robuuste en gestandaardiseerde data producten te creëren.

Je taken:
  • Geef leiding aan een team van data specialisten en ondersteun hen bij het creëren van data producten en -diensten.
  • Definieer driemaandelijkse roadmaps om de beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en toegankelijkheid van people gerelateerde data te verbeteren.
  • Zorg ervoor dat beschikbare werknemers-, organisatie- en werving gerelateerde gegevens en statistieken waarde creëren voor het bedrijf.
  • Beoordeel en trek conclusies uit periodieke rapportages over people gerelateerde statistieken.
  • Zorg voor een goede samenstelling van je team om samen de doelen te bereiken.
  • Moedig het delen van kennis aan en promoot een cultuur van continu leren en verbeteren.
