About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at Coolblue. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of data specialists and developing data products and services that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data specialists to create data products and services that meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement quarterly roadmaps to improve data quality, accessibility, and availability.
  • Ensure that employee, organization, and recruitment-related data creates value for the business.
  • Review and analyze periodic reporting on key People-related metrics.
  • Manage team composition and encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data analytics and related fields.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and management.
  • Experience as a coach, lead, or manager with a track record of developing data specialists and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis, statistics, and programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and align data team efforts with broader business objectives.
