Key Responsibilities:
As an Insider Risk Consultant, you will oversee one or several substantial projects at both national and international levels. Your role will encompass managing all facets of a project throughout its lifecycle, adhering to established budgets and quality standards. Your activities will include:
- Conducting in-depth insider risk evaluations, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of clients' organizational frameworks, procedures, and security protocols.
- Creating and executing tailored insider risk management plans that cater to clients' unique requirements, industry standards, and compliance obligations.
- Providing detailed and actionable insights to clients, focusing on potential weaknesses and opportunities for enhancement to fortify their defenses against insider threats.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including cybersecurity, human resources, and legal divisions, to ensure the smooth integration of insider risk management initiatives.
- Offering continuous support and expertise to clients in the upkeep and refinement of their insider risk management strategies, ensuring ongoing effectiveness and adaptability to emerging threats.
- Contributing to HSD Campus's thought leadership by engaging in research, participating in industry events, and disseminating knowledge on evolving insider risk trends and best practices.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as security, psychology, criminology, cybersecurity, or risk management.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in security or a related field, showcasing a proven history of achievement.
- Familiarity with security assessment methodologies, tools, and frameworks, along with industry standards.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to varied audiences.
- Experience in defining, implementing, and sustaining consulting best practices, with the capability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, fostering productive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
