Overview
The Team
As a Senior Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will join the IT Services Team within the IT Functions and Foundations stream. This role places you in a collaborative environment alongside three fellow first-line helpdesk engineers. The broader team includes first and second-line process managers, functional application management, and system engineers. Together, you will ensure the digital workspace is effectively managed for all employees. Your direct line of support will be your IT Chapter Lead, who will guide your professional development and oversee daily operations.
At Knab, we are structured around Value Streams, which encompass multiple Scrum teams, operational departments, and a support team. We have two primary Value Streams focused on our Customer Propositions: Daily Use and Financial Freedom, along with a supporting stream for IT Functions and Foundations. This organizational structure enhances our focus and accelerates our delivery capabilities.

- ITIL Certification
