Pharmaceutical Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Pharmaceutical Partnerships to join our team at myTomorrows. As a key member of our Partnerships & Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with BioPharma companies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Partnership Development: Continuously network and generate a high number of leads, supported by a Business Development Representative (BDR), to identify and establish partnerships with external partners, including small to mid-size BioPharma and large Pharma firms.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and execute a partnership strategy focused on acquiring new partners and expanding existing relationships within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Revenue Growth and Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding partnership targets and sales quotas, and qualify deals, negotiate agreements, and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, revenue operations, and product marketing, to ensure successful and seamless implementation and delivery of partnership commitments.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and product/service enhancements.
- Record Keeping and CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting and deal activities and interactions in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Industry Representation and Brand Awareness: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand the company's presence within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Education and Experience: Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Science, or Healthcare, and 8+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or sales roles, with a strong focus on contracting and closing deals within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Industry Network and Skills: Existing network within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within pre-approval access space, and excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Performance and Results: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and partnership objectives, and the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
