Director of Pharmaceutical Partnerships

At myTomorrows, we're revolutionizing the way patients access medical treatments. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with BioPharma companies.
The OpportunityAs the Director of Pharmaceutical Partnerships, you'll be responsible for generating leads, establishing partnerships, and negotiating collaborations that support our business objectives. You'll identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with external partners, including small to mid-size BioPharma companies and large Pharma firms.
Key Responsibilities- Network and generate high-quality leads, supported by a Business Development Representative (BDR)
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy focused on acquiring new partners and expanding existing relationships within the pharmaceutical industry
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding partnership targets and sales quotas
- Qualify deals, negotiate agreements, and close deals that align with company objectives
- Support the development of sales enablement material, working closely with product marketing
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and seamless implementation and delivery of partnership commitments
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and product/service enhancements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting and deal activities and interactions in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand the company's presence within the pharmaceutical sector
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Science, or Healthcare
- 8+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or sales roles, with a strong focus on contracting and closing deals within the pharmaceutical industry
- An existing network within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within pre-approval access space
- Preferred: Strong understanding of clinical development: clinical trials and/or expanded access programs
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and partnership objectives
- The ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional initiatives
