Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the management of our moped fleet in Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Hilversum. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, workshops, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the teams of mechanics, swappers, and transporters across three cities.
  • Operational Oversight: Schedule swappers, transporters, and mechanics based on operational priorities, ensuring that the fleet is always ready and functional.
  • Workshops Management: Together with the Lead Mechanic, you will be responsible for the output and performance of the workshops in Amsterdam and Haarlem. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment in the workshops.
  • KPI Management: Ensure quality standards and performance KPIs are consistently met for fleet operations, repairs, and team productivity.
  • Staff Scheduling & Payroll: Handle scheduling, time tracking, and payroll for all team members, ensuring everyone is accurately compensated for their work.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the growth and development of the team.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations in all workshops and during fleet operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing operational teams, ideally within fleet management or a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with scheduling, payroll, and performance management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of workshop safety standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
