In deze rol ondersteunt u zowel lokale als internationale business units en draagt u bij aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve producten en diensten. U werkt in deal teams samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van nieuwe of bestaande producten.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Complexe financiële contracten en beveiligingsdocumenten opstellen, controleren en onderhandelen;
  • Internationale klanten adviseren over financieringsstructuren en juridische kwesties;
  • Samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders binnen de bank om nieuwe of bestaande producten te ontwikkelen;
  • Standards documentatie creëren en onderhouden;
  • Legale en front-office innovatie initiatieven ontwikkelen en ondersteunen;
  • Belangrijke rol in het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van klantrelaties met interne en externe specialisten;
  • Contributeert aan de kennispool van specialisten en biedt training aan interne klanten.
Functie-eisen

Om succesvol in deze rol te zijn, moet u beschikken over:

  • Een universitaire graad in Nederlands recht of een equivalent buitenlands diploma;
  • Een minimum van 6 jaar ervaring als in-house counsel of advocaat in een advocatenkantoor;
  • Proven kennis en affiniteit met financiële diensten, met name in het gebied van corporate en structured finance; ervaring met LMA-documentatie is een must;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels (geschreven en gesproken), Nederlands is een pré;
  • Ervaring met of een diepe interesse in het toepassen van technologie bij de levering van juridische diensten;
  • De capaciteit om zich te concentreren op de belangrijkste risico's van een transactie.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Yacht biedt:
