Job Summary

The Administrative Support Specialist/Facility Coordinator will provide exceptional support to the administrative and secretarial operations of HITEC Power Protection. This role will also be responsible for coordinating facility-related matters, ensuring the smooth operation of the company reception, and providing a high level of customer service to internal and external visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the entire company, including general office duties, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Ensure the effective operation of the company reception, including greeting visitors, handling telephone calls, and responding to inquiries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, visa applications, and other facilitating duties as required.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
  • Plan and organize company events, such as meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Provide support to the management and staff as needed, including preparing documents, setting up meetings, and coordinating logistics.
  • Discuss progress and quality of work with the team and Global HR Manager.
  • Prepare presentations and documents for executive team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
