Your role involves close collaboration with sales managers to foster and enhance customer relationships. You will be dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability throughout the order management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering relationships with customers in partnership with sales managers.
- Ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for our clients.
- Taking initiative in a sales support capacity by managing sales orders from existing clients (from forecasting to delivery).
- Evaluating order trends, proposing enhancements, and identifying discrepancies.
- Overseeing light accounts and assisting sales managers.
- Resolving issues: addressing complaints and incidents, including monitoring progress and follow-up.
- Processing orders, issuing credits, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Keeping pricing information current.
- Maintaining the customer database.
- Gathering and analyzing data for optimization purposes.
Qualifications:
We seek a proactive and sales-driven Sales Support Specialist committed to exceeding customer expectations and enhancing profitability.
A successful candidate will possess:
- A passion for cultivating and sustaining customer relationships.
- A Bachelor's degree in international commerce or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is advantageous.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with SAP is highly beneficial.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across functions.
- Strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.
