Bell Textron Supply Center BV is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join its Customer Support and Services team in the Netherlands. As a key member of the Accounting Department, this role will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
About the Role
The Financial Controller will work closely with the Senior Financial Accountant to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including coding and posting bank statements, accounts payable invoices, and general ledger reconciliations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining control over account receivable and payable, supporting monthly statutory reporting requirements, and leading the annual statutory audit process.

* Maintain control of Account Receivable & Account Payable
* Supporting monthly statutory reporting requirements
* Leading and coordinating the annual statutory audit requirements
Requirements
This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in maintaining an administration, with proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory administration, knowledge of ISO, and proficiency with SAP (BELL NL) or Exact online (RBL UK). A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to change and ambiguity.
Location and Benefits
This position is based in Badhoevedorp, Netherlands, with travel to the UK anticipated. The company offers a competitive salary range of €55,000-€75,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
