As a key member of the Tommy Hilfiger Menswear team, you will be responsible for overseeing the global sweaters product group. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, with a proven track record of building successful businesses across all KPIs. You will work closely with the Design and Product Development teams to build an efficient and profitable collection, balancing commercial product needs with seasonal design direction.

The Role

As a Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for creating seasonal strategies, working collaboratively with the Knit Product Merchandising Director to develop range plans, and converting them into a seasonal collection. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with the Design and Product Development teams to ensure the collection is both commercially viable and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the global sweaters product group
  • Work collaboratively with the Knit Product Merchandising Director to create seasonal strategies
  • Build strong relationships with the Design and Product Development teams
  • Present the line to all market stakeholders during key calendar touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the balance of Merchandising team across product groups to define the optimum consumer assortment and key product pushes for the season

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Substantial Merchandising or Buying experience, with a focus on Menswear Knits
  • Knowledge of global, non-European markets is a strong advantage
  • Direct-to-Consumer experience is a plus
  • Commercial mindset with a proven track record of building successful businesses across all KPIs
  • Product-focused, with a keen eye for aesthetic
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and build a narrative around trends and patterns in the data
