Senior Account Development Manager

We're a cutting-edge technology company dedicated to transitioning away from combustion generators to cleaner, more sustainable energy solutions. Our portable power supplies bring freedom to our customers, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team in the BeNeLux region.
Role and Responsibilities
You'll be taking ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, for our BeNeLux customers. This involves contributing to the setup and execution of our sales strategy within an international team, acquiring a comprehensive key account, and maintaining contacts within your key accounts to grow a sales pipeline.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the BeNeLux region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Provide valuable insights on trends, customer needs, sales, products, and marketing to help drive business growth
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A business or engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in B2B high-quality hardware products in the BeNeLux region
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in coordinating and organizing a national sales team
- High degree of customer orientation and professional appearance
- Professional communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
