We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Ricardo, a global strategic, environmental, and engineering consulting company. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of our region, working closely with the transactional team and reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the accuracy and reporting of project performance metrics, including revenue and margin, for the region and business management.
- Provide business partner support through targeted reporting, utilisation management, project structure, and bid pack assistance.
- Manage the results analysis process, including cluster review actions and risks & opportunities.
- Oversee the forecast and budget processes, including insights into the orderbook and pipeline phasing, utilisation trends, and variance analysis.
- Provide FP&A services through the delivery of cluster reporting, project support, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate the Project Review process, including maintenance of PSR information.
- Manage the completion of internal governance requirements, including monthly ACC and ICQ.
- Responsible for the provision of External Order Intake (EOI) data and its reconciliation to MSD.
- Provide specialist financial and commercial assistance to the BD and Ops community in the preparation of bid pack estimates.
- Oversee the review process for CAT 4 projects, including the monthly forecast update and completion of the half-yearly reporting template.

- Setting Goals & Priorities - Sets priorities to achieve business goals and informs direction of business area.
- Working in Teams - A key player in building and maintaining positive team culture.
