Director of Demand Generation

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our demand generation efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.

• Develop and implement a holistic demand generation strategy that aligns with company objectives and revenue goals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, paid media, SEO, SEA, and webinars.
• Build, lead, mentor, and expand the demand generation team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Analyze performance data and market trends to continuously refine strategies and tactics, implementing best practices for A/B testing, lead scoring, and conversion optimization.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, developing strategies to improve lead quality and accelerate the sales pipeline.
• Partner with the Brand & Comms team to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement and lead generation.
• Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Leverage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other tools to streamline processes, enhance campaign effectiveness, and track performance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on achieving results and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.

We operate on a hybrid basis from our 4 hubs, with a growing office in Leeuwarden. Our marketing team will require the new Marketing Director to attend and collaborate in-person at least 2 to 4 times per month, allowing for a commute from the Amsterdam area.
