Job Title: Director of Demand Generation

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Demand Generation to join our Marketing team at Datamaran. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a holistic demand generation strategy that aligns with company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multichannel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, paid media, SEO, SEA, and webinars.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and expand the demand generation team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on achieving results and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
