Job SummaryWe're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic team as an Office & HR Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our HR Officer and Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Senior Management, including booking meetings and appointments
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including setting up meeting rooms, distributing post, and handling deliveries
- Manage office equipment, reporting any issues to the facilities or I.T. team
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including welcoming and onboarding new employees
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures in line with the Group's HR strategy
- Interface with external entities, ensuring timely submission of reports
- Monitor disciplinary procedures and maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Fluent in Dutch and a good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Netherlands Employment Law is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
