As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, working closely with the Head of Sales.


Your Responsibilities



  • Identify, develop, and convert B2B leads into long-term partnerships, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals, exceeding targets and expanding our market share.
  • Manage the sales process for national and international tenders, ensuring visibility with prime contractors and promoting our services effectively.
  • Collect market insights to refine sales strategies, producing comprehensive reports that inform our business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • 10+ years of sales experience within the offshore wind or oil & gas sectors, demonstrating expertise in complex sales environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering engaging sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), enabling effective communication with clients worldwide.
