MR Clinical Application SpecialistJob Overview
As a key member of our MRI Business Unit, you will implement innovative solutions and deliver clinical consulting projects tailored for healthcare clients. Your role will involve supporting the development of new solutions and consulting methodologies while contributing to the design and delivery of these solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the clinical expert with a profound understanding of the clinical landscape and user requirements within a designated clinical domain. Advocate for user needs from various clinical perspectives, including radiologists, technologists, referring physicians, and patients. Maintain high-quality clinical expertise through continuous education, attending relevant courses, seminars, and training to uphold professional competence and licensure. Ensure comprehensive Clinical Imaging and Workflow Quality by evaluating fully integrated clinical solutions within a specific domain (including Clinical Features, Accessories, new systems, Coils, etc.). Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to assess new clinical applications and technologies, using feedback to inform User Needs. Conduct customer-facing activities, such as hands-on training and workshops within your clinical domain. Perform Quality Assurance through Software testing to enhance application maturity by identifying and resolving issues or potential defects, documenting and submitting them according to established processes. Maintain close communication with the product group to enhance application knowledge and stay informed about new developments. Participate in the creation of new solutions (services and/or product functionalities) or the enhancement of existing system settings.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in medical imaging or a related field (MBRT preferred). 2-3 years of clinical experience with MRI technology. Proficient in MR protocol optimization, MR application technology, and MR physics. Strong troubleshooting skills to address application issues reported by internal clients. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with Radiologists, technologists, and colleagues. Self-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and acting on improvement opportunities. Creative mindset for developing innovative solutions. Demonstrates flexibility, determination, and resilience to ensure effective solution implementation. Proficient in English, both verbal and written. Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
