Key Responsibilities- Process Management: Perform complex benefit data-related changes that require specialized knowledge and ensure data accuracy in our HR information system.
- Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to employees and HR Shared Center teammates by responding to all calls, emails, and CRM Tool issues concerning benefit programs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our benefits administration processes.
- Projects: Participate in projects as a functional expert, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources (Benefits) Operations environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude. Fluency in English and French.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HRMS systems, vendor management, and French legislation.
- Competitive Salary: €16-€22 per hour based on experience.
- Temporary Role: Temporary role until the end of March.
- Hybrid Working Model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
- Benefits: Access to gym facilities, commuting allowance, 25 vacation days, diverse team, work from home allowance, and holiday allowance.
