About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our European team as a Customer Service Representative in Roermond, The Netherlands.
As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across Europe, working closely with key account contacts to optimise service utilisation.
You will engage with customers through various channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and issues. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build trust with our clients and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide multilingual customer support across Europe, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, inventory, finance, and product teams, to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
- Conduct customer onboarding, training, and renewals to enhance product engagement and retention
- Work closely with key account contacts to identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can thrive in a dynamic international environment. Key qualifications include:
- Fluency in Dutch, German, and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (preferred)
