Job Title: Junior Team Assistant Real Estate

We are seeking a highly organized and structured individual to join our team as a Junior Team Assistant Real Estate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post-processing and correspondence
  • Agenda management (meetings, lunches, travel, presentations, internal and external appointments)
  • Mailbox management
  • Booking flights and hotels
  • Organizing events
  • Telephonic contact with internal and external parties
  • Dealing with the declaration process
  • Processing client data
  • Copying and binding various documents
  • Handling invoices
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Creating and maintaining files
  • Supporting closings
  • Compliance tasks
Requirements:
  • Availability for 32-40 hours per week
  • Higher education work and thinking level
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Team Assistant or legal support
  • Proactive, accurate, flexible, and stress-resistant
  • Team player who works enthusiastically and driven
  • Good overview and prioritization skills, even in busy situations
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent digital skills, proficient in the Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent language skills in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
